The Light On Toshiba M700 Adapter Turn Off

If you a Toshiba M700 laptop and and one day once you charge it on the battery but found it ran out and automatically turned off. You tried it later, and still the same question, you left it alone. The next day when you need to use the laptop you plugged it up and tried to turn it on, it stayed on for about a minute and then turned off ,and also the lights on the Toshiba M700 AC Adapter lit up for a few seconds and then all of them turned off. After that you tried to turn it on again and none of the lights would light up.

Here is my suggestion, hope it could help you .

If you have a multimeter, it'll be easy. Plug the charger in, test the connector of the adapter with a multimeter, remember, you only need to measure the DC voltage of the adapter. If the readings are close to the specification on it's label, then the Toshiba M700 power supply is OK.

If you do not have a multimeter, Turn the computer completely off and remove the battery,
and plug your Toshiba M700 charger, check out whether your notebook  could be powered on (no battery installed).

If you can power up your laptop, then the battery is dead.
